For the third year in a row, we are hosting the Enjoying Jesus in campus in January.
We have had 4 cohorts over the last two years. 37 students have experienced more joy in Jesus through this course. Furthermore, they have learned to help others enjoy Jesus too. We have seen new people trust in Jesus and be baptized. We have seen students begin discipling others in their campus ministries, their fraternities and sororities, and even at lunch in their co-op jobs.
The impact of this course has spread from these 37 to hundreds more on campus and into their first jobs after graduation.
If you are one of our Enjoying Jesus alumni from a previous cohort, I wrote a special page on how you can build a cohort of people who have never taken it before.
We are building our cohorts for January 2020 right now. I hope you will join us.
Here is how it works for Tech students
The overall description of the Enjoying Jesus course can be found here. If you have not read this yet, go read it to get an idea of what the course if all about. Then the GT specific details are here on this page.
One major difference in how we run the course for Tech students is that we do the whole course in the first three weeks of the semester. We meet twice a week and are able to do 6 meetings in just 3 weeks. The experience is immersive and it keeps the energy level high. This pace is no problem for Tech students!
We chose the first 3 weeks of the Spring semester because it is slowest three weeks of the whole school year. We are transformed and then finished before the first busy week of the semester. Typically week 4 is when the first round of tests and assignments all hit at the same time. So we are done by then!
Even if you feel like you have a busy schedule for the Spring, those three weeks are certainly slower and have more space than you think they do.
Lastly what better way to start 2020 than by Enjoying Jesus!
Here are the dates
Starting Sunday, January 5th, the day before classes start.
Finishing Thursday, January 23rd.
The meeting times will be set by each cohort on what works best for that group. One typical meeting pattern that has worked well for many is to meet on:
Sundays at 4-6pm and Thursdays 7-9pm.*
*That is just an example, you get to help decide the best meeting times for your group.
The meeting location
The meeting locations will also be determined by each cohort. We have done most of our meetings in the past in reserved rooms in the CULC on campus. The meetings also work great in living rooms.
The Enjoying Jesus course costs $47 for most people, but we have setup a discount for students.
The discounted price for Tech students is $19.
Go ahead and register today, and start your new year by Enjoying Jesus.
Alumni are free. You can go through the course as many times as you like.
*We offer a full money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course, we will issue you a full refund. You can buy with confidence.
