About SevenWells
SevenWells was started to help many Enjoy Jesus. Paul & Elisha Sewell founded this nonprofit work in 2016 to help people live Jesus in Everyday Life. We love to help people to:
- Explore Jesus,
- Enjoy Him More,
- Talk naturally about Jesus (and it not be awkward),
- Make disciples in everyday life,
- Experience peace,
- Learn to live “with Jesus” instead of “for God,” and
- Much more.
Alongside their team of Alumni Coaches, Paul & Elisha offer workshops, courses, and coaching. There is little to no lecture style teaching. Everything is participatory and workshop based.
Everything SevenWells offers is completely free of charge and is most of it accessible from anywhere in the world. Freely we have received and freely we give.
The name SevenWells is a reference to Jesus. He is the “perfect well” offering living water to satisfy anyone who is spiritually thirsty.
SevenWells also reference to the Sewell family name. The Sewell name comes from a hamlet named Sewell just north of London in England. Hundreds of years ago this hamlet was called Seven Wells and then the name was shortened over time.
If you are spiritually thirsty, we would love help you find deep satisfaction in Jesus. This is what we do with SevenWells. So please explore our free workshops, courses, and offerings and enroll for what interests you.
If you share this heart for helping people to live Jesus in everyday life, you can partner with us to keep these workshops and courses available (and free) for the years to come. Visit our giving page to learn more.

About Elisha Sewell
Elisha Sewell is passionate about Jesus and great food. For her, these are not two separate pursuits but two parts of an integrated life with Jesus. After all Jesus described Himself as bread and food and living water. He invites all people to consume Him and to feast with God.
She is the cofounder of Seven Wells where she coaches people in their spiritual journey.
She especially loves to disciple young ladies in how to follow Jesus and how to show hospitality, cook, bake, meal plan, & nourish their families.
Elisha is a Food Educator, Author, Photographer, & is living vibrantly with food allergies.
She writes about all this and more on her website over at Eatitupyum.com
