About Paul Sewell
Paul Sewell is the founder of Seven Wells and creator of the Jesus in Everyday Life workshop series. His full-time work is helping everyday believers enjoy Jesus more and talk about Him naturally in everyday life.
Over the last 20 years Paul has trained thousands of people through workshops, courses, and teaching. He and his wife Elisha have mobilized 100+ people to live long-term in other nations, helping heal brokenness in the world through the gospel.
Paul is also Co-Founder of Launch Global, a missions training organization that has sent 500+ global workers and helped plant nearly 1,900 churches worldwide.
Before starting Seven Wells in 2016, Paul served as an Executive Pastor, College Pastor, Mission Agency Director, and Mobilization Coach. His first career was as an engineer doing sales consulting for supply chain technology leader Manhattan Associates. Paul studied Industrial Engineering at Georgia Tech and received his theological training from Luther Rice Seminary. His diverse background in engineering and theology allows him to offer unique insights into spreading Jesus in everyday life.
Paul and Elisha live in Bentonville, Arkansas, in the ancient Ozark Mountains with their three kids who constantly remind them of joy and zeal in life. When he’s not working or with family, you’ll find him ripping trails on his mountain bike or quietly sipping specialty coffee next to a pile of books.

About Elisha Sewell
Elisha Sewell is the Co-Founder, Curriculum Developer, and Production Director of Seven Wells. She works alongside Paul daily to build the workshops, resources, and rhythms that help people enjoy Jesus more.
Elisha is passionate about Jesus and great food — and for her these are not two separate pursuits but two expressions of the same integrated life. After all, Jesus described Himself as bread and living water, inviting all people to feast with God.
She loves discipling young women in how to follow Jesus and how to practice hospitality — cooking, baking, meal planning, and nourishing their families well. Elisha is an Author, Photographer, and Food Educator who writes and creates at EatItUpYum.com, where she shares recipes, food education, and life with food allergies.

About Seven Wells
Seven Wells exists to help people enjoy Jesus more and talk about Him naturally in everyday life. Founded in 2016 by Paul and Elisha Sewell, Seven Wells is a nonprofit ministry serving community groups, small groups, ministry teams, and churches across Northwest Arkansas and beyond.
What we do
We equip everyday believers to move from duty to delight in Jesus — and to talk about Him naturally, without it feeling awkward. Through participatory workshops, people learn to:
- Enjoy Jesus more deeply
- Talk naturally about Jesus with the people around them
- Make disciples in everyday life
- Live “with Jesus” rather than just “for God”
Everything Seven Wells offers is completely free. Freely we have received and freely we give.
The name
Seven Wells is a reference to Jesus — the perfect well offering living water to satisfy anyone who is spiritually thirsty. It is also a nod to the Sewell family name, which traces back to a hamlet just north of London called Seven Wells, later shortened over time to Sewell.
