I love helping people discover their unique work in this world. We know from Ephesians 2:10 that when God created you, He had dreams of the contribution you would make in this world.
So how do you discover what that work is?
I came across a great set of questions to help you uncover the work you were truly designed to do. Here they are…
What do you love?
What are you good at? (Oh, and bad at?)
What does your world need?
Does it make the world a more Garden-like place?
What are the open doors in your life?
What is God blessing?
What are people who know you saying?
What’s the Spirit stirring in your heart?
It will be truly rewarding for you to go through these questions slowly and answer them for yourself. Write them in your journal, or a note in your phone, or open a fresh doc on your computer and start dreaming! Once you answer these questions, start looking for the area where many of the answers intersect. This is your sweet spot.
These questions come from the book, Garden City: Work, Rest, and the Art of Being Human by John Mark Comer. I highly recommend it!
