{"id":162,"date":"2019-10-23T14:31:24","date_gmt":"2019-10-23T14:31:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/enjoyjesusmore.com\/?p=162"},"modified":"2019-10-23T14:51:40","modified_gmt":"2019-10-23T14:51:40","slug":"the-parable-of-the-dominos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/enjoyjesusmore.com\/?p=162","title":{"rendered":"The Parable of the Dominos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most of us have&nbsp;experience of lining up one domino to knock down two, and then those two knock down three, and those three knock down four, and so on&#8230;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>This is the parable of the dominos. <br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is happening through the Enjoying Jesus Course.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We started building the very first Enjoying Jesus cohort with 3 people:  Jackson, Morgan, &amp; Margaret. These 3 people invited 8 more. This is how the Kingdom expands rapidly.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of course, the dominos represent real people. He can explain discipleship growth in really nerdy (n to the 3 power) math terms. Engineering students love it. But the simple phrase Jan repeated in his teaching was &#8220;explosive growth!&#8221;&nbsp;<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"399\" src=\"https:\/\/enjoyjesusmore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/unnamed-4-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-170\" srcset=\"https:\/\/enjoyjesusmore.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/unnamed-4-1.jpg 600w, https:\/\/enjoyjesusmore.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/unnamed-4-1-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><figcaption>These guys are practicing sharing the good news of Jesus. These are practices we teach in Enjoying Jesus to help us experience satisfaction in Jesus everyday. <br><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>This is the parable of the dominos.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are praying this movement will spread throughout our city and the nations of the world. That is how Jesus designed it. He is the first domino.&nbsp;We are simply following Him. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This domino impact is what happens when ordinary people take a course that equips them in the simple ways of Jesus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You and two friends could kick off you own domino movement like this.
